We are living in a fast paced world where stress is leading and we are chasing.

It seems that everyone is striving for a simpler, sustainable and meaningful life. A life where we can follow our creative pursuits, slow down a little and breathe.

The Sukhmaya Program offers various workshops to provide individuals with tools and methods to attain physical, mental and spiritual well being. Our yoga, meditation, art, music, storytelling and book reading sessions help participants take the time to connect with themselves and the world. This program also enables individuals to live a peaceful and happy life amidst all of life's challenges.
